CTL is affiliated to the Academic Affairs Office and has a center director responsible for comprehensively managing the planning and development of various businesses. The full-time teachers of the school serve as part-time directors. At the same time, there is an "Academic Consultation and Support Committee", composed of teachers from various colleges of the school, to assist in providing the consultation functions required for the business development of the center.

In order to meet the needs of various business development, the center is currently divided into four groups: teaching development group, learning support group, teaching media group, and research and development group.
