Our school established the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) in 1996. Its main task is to strengthen the school-wide support system for teacher teaching and student learning. Specifically, the goals and strategies for CTL business development are as follows：

• Orientation of teaching development: Continue to integrate the school's common teaching resources, promote cross-field dialogue and cooperation opportunities for teachers in the school through cooperation in curriculum development and cross-field research projects, and promote the development of teachers' innovative teaching and community
   
• Digital media orientation: Integrate the teaching and learning resources of the whole school, supplemented by the construction of information platform, develop CTL into a platform for teaching and learning resources and information exchange of the whole school; build the TNUA VIDEO to collect and share the digital content of the school Teaching resources, while promoting the integration of technology into teaching, assisting teachers in developing digital teaching materials with the school's characteristics, and then guiding teachers to participate in digital learning and teaching, with the goal of "creating a complete digital teaching and learning environment and sharing art professional education resources."
   
• Learning support orientation: Integrate diverse learning resources on campus, plan student learning community mechanisms, promote the establishment of student learning history archive system platforms, assist students in strengthening self-learning awareness and career development exploration, organize student learning workshops, and enhance non-professional knowledge Skill.
